A gift voucher is a gift of choice.

Please read the below carefully.

Voucher delivery

  • The voucher will be emailed directly to the recipient.
  • Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address in the space provided.
  • Depending on your email settings, vouchers may be delivered to ‘Promotions’ inbox or Spam. (Search your email for ‘What WayD Says Gift’)

Balance enquiries:

  • Voucher codes may be re-used as long as there are funds available. For example, a R500 voucher may be used for multiple purchases until the funds run out.
  • To enquire about the balance of your voucher, please forward the original voucher email to support@whatwaydsays.co.za with the subject line: Balance Enquiry
  • Regret, gift vouchers are non-refundable and irreplaceable; nor may they be exchanged for cash or credit.

Default voucher denominations:

  • Vouchers are available in denomination of R50 to R300.
