Shipping Policy
How long does it take to process an order?
Every effort is made to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2* working days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, it will be ready for delivery/pickup. Should there by any unforeseen delays, you will be contacted via email and/or sms.
*Please refer to Product Description for exceptions.
What shipping options do you offer?
Three shipping options are available:
Local pickup
Orders may be picked up in Reservoir Hills or Overport. Please leave a note at checkout letting us know which would be more convenient for you. You will receive an email or text message when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery
I use Pudo Locker to Door as a primary mode of shipping. I only ship to fixed addresses within South Africa.
Free shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders exceeding R1000, and only to addresses within South Africa.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from the courier company which will include a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the stipulated number of working days (see above) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at support@whatwaydsays.co.za with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
The rates you see cover shipping within South Africa. Should you need something shipped internationally, please contact me to make special arrangements. (Last I checked (mid-2023), a parcel to the US and/or the UK via DHL cost in the region of ZAR750).
Exceptions
- I do not ship or deliver to post boxes.
