- Length: This is a 4-week long programme, and you will have access to course materials for a year.
- The course is conducted entirely online.
- All lessons, videos and documents may be accessed easily using a smart phone, tablet or pc.
- The debut course will run from 2 to 30 September 2023.
- Doors will open for enrollment the week prior to the course, on Friday, 25 August 2023.

- During the orientation session, you will download a workbook / study guide that you will use to guide you through the course. All printable worksheets, checklists, journal pages, etc. that are used during the course are included in this workbook.
- Each module gives you access to a pre-recorded video (+- 10-minutes duration), a transcript, a podcast, action steps and a short quiz to keep you accountable.
- There are 2 live sessions during the course, on the Saturday of weeks 2 and 4, at 11:00am (CAT).
