Postnatal Mental and Physical Health Tracker + Podcast
Those who know me, know that I am quite vocal about mental health during the postpartum period. I draw on my own experiences and talk about it as a way to:
- Challenge the taboo
- Be open and approachable to discuss this issue with those who need it
- Remind those who need reminding that Postnatal Depression is real, it exists, whether they have experienced it or not.
